Maintenance must not be skipped on the "Ferrari " - JURA Z8!

You can't expect a Ferrari to run among the coffee makers without proper maintenance. Without the new technology, my latest Jura Z6 would have lasted forever. Now the happy owner of the new Z8. The maintenance is worth it.

Works as advertised. Don't be lazy, do the descaling right

Didn't know I needed it until Yura told me to descale. This stuff works fine. I definitely noticed a difference in coffee flavor after running the system with tablets dissolved in it.

Taste isn't the best

It's great but after cleaning my car the taste wasn't the best. I had to flush it with plenty of water about 5-6 times before I could use my machine again. If it weren't for the fact that you have to rinse it often, it would be even better.

Works as desired

Essential for any Jura Capresso machine that needs to be used to descale the water. I use a filter on my ENA3 and found that after a year in my new home my new water was much harder than my previous home. I've noticed that my coffee isn't that hot anymore and it's starting to leak. After some research I found that I had to descale the machine because of the minerals that the Jura filters didn't collect. After two descaling processes, the machine worked much better. Each descaling session uses…

it looked like we were facing over $400 worth of repairs

Our 10 year old Capresso C1500 was making strange noises and acting like it couldn't stay fully sealed while brewing coffee. We cleaned it on schedule with regular cleaning tablets and always used distilled water. After some online research, it turned out that we need more than $400 for repairs. Instead of going down the repair route, we chose to descale/descale tablets. These did their job! After a descaling cycle with them, we noticed a noticeable improvement. About three weeks later we ran a

Descale from time to time, even if you use Jura filters!

I have had a Jura S8 for almost ten years now and five years ago I had a Jura. I chose the way with filters instead of without filters/decalcification. To be honest, we loop through filters often enough that I won't change them when prompted, at least not right away. Finally, I use water that has already been filtered through our fridge filter, so changing it every few months seemed like excessive. In the time that I had our cars, I sent them to Yura for service a couple of times and it seemed…
