So far so good in the casserole dish

I like it very much, so far so good. I've used a "bread" pan and a square pan for baking bread or veggies and it works great. Easy cleaning. You just have to remember that silicon isn't solid there, I almost dropped a fried potato :-)

Pros
  • Very impressive
Cons
  • I'll write again later

Good for Cooking

I used a baking sheet to ensure it was safe to remove from the oven as the sides seem a little soft to me. Easy to remove frozen product before sealing. Have used it to prepare dishes such as quiche, homemade cakes that I bake, slicing into portions with a butter knife, freezing the pan, turning the pan upside down, removing the food from the pan and vacuum sealing individual portions.

  • Pleasant

Very happy - Bakeware

I've had them for a while now. I've cooked everything from fried chicken and meat to candy and fudge (as a chilling pan, not for cooking). They work great, they peel very easily, but still brown toppings and cakes. They have no structural strength at all, so I either toss them in a steel pan or place them on a baking sheet. but they are silicone so that's to be expected. very satisfied.

Pros
  • Happy so far
Cons
  • Hard to say

Pop Out Quiche, Brownies & Cookies

I don't know why it took me so long to switch from nonstick metal to silicone. So far I've made quiche, pumpkin pie bars, brownies, and cookie bars, and I've been able to take food out of the pan and cut it up on a cutting board. (I'm not going to use a knife on these pans anyway.) However, I think my favorite quiche is the quiche. It came straight out of the pot. I spread it on a plate, cut it and serve it on the table. On every attempt so far I've sprayed a little cooking spray into the pan…

Pros
  • New to my collection

Good, but there is a downside

I bake a lot and some of my standard pans are metal with signs of wear and need replacing. I let them see how well they would hold up and compare them to the metal ones. Overall they perform very well and can see where they will hold up much better over time. However, there are some silicone elements that need to be weighed: 1 - they are flexible - when making banana bread, the weight of the dough is pressed against the sides, making them less nice and straight. Shaped silicone mold for dough…

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Not sure
