Perfect Rotors / Brake Pads Must Fit Properly

This is an updated review. The first sentence was warped / still not sure why. The company sent me a new set / I paid shipping and they asked me to follow the pad breakdown instructions. I followed the procedures to T! The second set was perfect. Highway, town, go anywhere, these rotors really work. Too bad we didn't make them here in America, even though they're processed here.

Pros
  • Dual-layer, high-temperature rubberized pads isolate noise for virtually silent braking.
Cons
  • Very expensive

would not buy again.

I probably won't buy again. Brakes don't like cold. You'll find yourself passing the first or second set of lights if you're not careful. My guess is that the pad material is the culprit, not the rotor. After a few hard stops, the brakes work well. I can't say they are better than stock or worse. I don't tow my 2003 Ford Expedition, but I drive hard and brake hard. Brake dust is minimal compared to the pads we had last time. For myself I would just buy stock rotors and good quality…

Pros
  • Power Stop carbon fiber ceramic mixture significantly improves braking performance compared to conventional ceramic brake pads
Cons
  • Seniors

Unfortunately several sets do not last.

Unfortunately I cannot give this product a good rating. I originally installed a matched set of pads and rotors on the front of my 2003 Expedition and followed all torque specs and break-in procedures. After 4-6 weeks I noticed a noticeable tremor when warming up. I found the warranty process very lengthy and painful. After 3-4 weeks, dozens of emails, photos and repair procedures, they finally replaced my rotors (one of which was cracked) for the shipping cost (which was no small feat due to…

Pros
  • Slotted perforated rotors for maximum cooling. They are galvanized for maximum rust protection.
Cons
  • Protection
