🛼 K2 F.I.T. 80 Boa Skate Review

Perfect fit and so comfortable! They make for a very smooth ride! The way you turn the knob to tighten them is brilliant. Everyone around is excited about these skates!

The fit is comfortable, the skate itself is very easy to adjust using the front adjuster and straps. I recommend for the first pair for daily rest 👌🏽

I liked the lifting device. It was wonderful! You can put these skates on and off in a snap, faster than any other skates I've owned. The bindings aren't designed for your foot, they don't have the best ankle support, and they just don't work.

Finally here. the box itself was quite battered, the manual was torn at the bottom and the k2 badge was already worn on one. It looks like it has already been used, but I haven't tried them yet. Could still get better with the product but it could just be oops on the print and the box breaks in shipping

Lacing is quick and comfortable, brake pads are durable and good quality on all sides. I've been driving them to/from work every day for the past few months and the only downside I have to say is that the wheels wear out pretty quickly when driving on bad roads/sidewalks. Changing wheels isn't a problem, but remember to check your wheels about every two weeks.

First, great closure system. Laces up in seconds and is highly repeatable. Unfortunately, these skates are so painfully tight that I can only stand it for a few minutes before having to take them off (think climbing shoes). The wheels are supinated on the insole; Not sure why, but this angle doesn't make the wheels feel directly under your foot, making the skates want to roll around your foot. Beginners with narrow feet will love these skates, but adults will not.

I'm an experienced skater, I wear soft boots from brands like Rollerblade. I decided to try the K2 mainly because of its attractive BOA closure system. I ordered my normal size (US 9).
