So far, so good. Best in Brake System

Approximately 10,000 miles on the brakes. So far very satisfied. The brake pedal feel is excellent. Very little dust on the wheels.

Low quality. Fits Brake Kits

Bought this kit and had a certified Honda mechanic install it and after 5500 miles my brakes are pounding again! We hardly drive our van and our brakes don't wear out and need replacing because the slotted and perforated rotors can't spin. Buy the front and rear brakes separately as recommended in the previous post.

Shake free after 10,000 miles!

If you own a Honda Odyssey, you know that the stock brakes aren't up to the task. This kit is very complete, even comes with new rubber boots for the brake slider pins and lubricant. Miles later still no deformation. Note that they make a snarling noise under hard braking as I understand this is normal for slotted discs.

Pros
  • Pleasing
Cons
  • Interchangeable

So far it's working fine!

After 15,000 miles on the new Honda Odyssey, my brake discs warped and the vibration became unbearable. Ford trucks had problems with stuck brakes deforming due to vehicle weight, and perforated rotors helped hold them. Cold. It seems to work well on Honda Odysseys. Mine have done nearly 30,000 miles with no issues and as smooth as can be. They hold up no better than the original brakes in dry weather. But they work a little better in the rain. They also squeak under hard braking, which is…

Poor quality product

In March I bought a Power Stop K5858 front and rear brake kit with perforated/slotted discs and Z23 Evolution ceramic pads for my 2011 Honda Odyssey. Due to ongoing pandemic issues and a very busy work schedule, I didn't have time to install them until early July, so I missed the return window. Well I changed them due to brake pulsation and now I've ridden 1000 miles on them and the pulsation is worse than before replacing my cheap Duralast rotors that I bought from Autozone. I'm at the point…

Pros
  • GOLS certified

The rear set (discs + pads) arrived intact, the rotor in its original box

Update 10/02/15: I ordered a separate front rotor from Revain (presumably the same as the front one in this package) Works well with new pads (akebono proactACT) and the rotor and pad surfaces are smooth after a few weeks of riding. The front rotor in this package is actually different than the separate front rotor that I order as a replacement. Although they are the same model and a call to PowerStop confirmed they are exactly the same, the rotor included in this pack has a shorter slot than…
