I received it today and it's coming back. It is clear that it has been used before. The hardware box was open (there was dust and long tangled hair mixed with the hardware) and the two pieces of chair I pulled out of the box were very dirty - covered in stickiness, long human hair, dust and god knows what still. .

That's enough for me. The chair's armrests move up/down a bit when I lean forward or back and tighten the screws like hell, but no change. I will not buy it again, next time I will definitely buy a better chair

I had this chair once, it lasted about 4 years at a great price. It was convenient. This. The seat and back cushions are very thin compared to it, and the chair is not as wide as its predecessor. Still very easy to assemble but if I had known they make the chair very cheaply I would not have ordered. Very disappointed, I was really looking forward to playing in this chair!

Brought 3 of these chairs for my boys for Christmas. Overall very satisfied. One of the blue chairs. Screws didn't go all the way in. the chair has arrived. As you can see in the picture. the right back of the chair is not fully lowered. But still very functional. And my kids love them! To update! My boys got it for Christmas. Being a "gaming chair" is just a trick. Frankly, this is all just another imported piece of junk made as quickly and cheaply as possible, with no regard for the buyer. The thing is held up by the armrests, the only adjustment is up and down, and since the chair has an odd back angle; I just catch myself leaning forward to avoid back pain. This is the perfect chair for a 260lb YouTuber. About 3 years ago I started with a standard office chair, which can now be found almost everywhere, but has been on my wish list for quite some time. Overall a decent chair. Easy to assemble except one of the screw holes was too small for the included screws so it could only go about 30% of the way. How that affects durability over time remains to be seen. Also, the angle of the backrest is uncomfortable; it's not very uncomfortable, but it's too close to 90% angle with the seat. I'd prefer something that's tilted another 10-15 degrees. You can recline, so it's not a terrible problem. Otherwise it's convenient. The seat and backrest are not…

Update: Although the seller was very kind and sent a replacement piston, the overall quality of this product is junk. About a month ago (a year after I bought it) one of the side handles snapped making it almost impossible to use the anti-reverse. This morning the whole handle broke off (see photo) rendering the chair completely unusable.
