Excellent trolley, smooth operation due to steel bearings in the wheels, light weight, easy to raise and lower handle for storage. It didn't get 5 stars because the bottom doesn't have a grippy surface which caused my plastic containers to slip off. Bought this for a week long trip I did alone (no pack mule husband to help). I had this cart full of stuff! A suitcase with a large toiletry bag attached with an extension strap, a backpack on top with another shopping bag attached with another extension strap. With all that weight, it was so easy to lug it through train stations and hop on and off the train. I now use it to deliver Avon products when delivering orders. Excellent purchase!

Keeping your wheels and wheel wells clean will keep them performing well with normal wear and tear. A spray bottle of any cleaning product will do.
