Ordered for my daughter and her small robotic hamster. This stretcher was perfect for what we needed it for - it could transport a dwarf hamster on short trips (not recommended for a large hamster). The round door that opens to let your hamster or other animal out has a locking mechanism that can trap your pet's leg. This happened to my snowflake and it was a bit scary trying to free her leg for me and both of you.
