Broken Parts - Replacement Parts

The front brakes all look and feel good. Rear rotors or calipers incorrectly or mismatched. Noticed only a week after installation. The pad bites too high and actually goes over the rotor. I have sent many emails to the company and called for several days but have not received any help from them. They didn't even reply to me with part numbers so I could figure out which parts were wrong. I assumed they would try to help or at least contact me with some information.
