Great platform and great support team

I really like that this software allows me to communicate with my customers even when i'm away from home office using mobile apps or computer/tablet devices! The user interface is so simple for new users as well which makes it super easy especially if you're tech- challenged at times (like myself). Sometimes its hard keeping up sometimes but not too much of an issue because we can email each other back quickly without feeling rushed about our schedules etc. This has helped tremendously in…

Very user friendly, streamlined experience

I like that it's easy to use for both clients as well as myself! You can create invoices easily and send them directly from your dashboard with just one click of a button! Also very handy is the ability to add notes to an invoice which helps me keep all my information in one place! I dislike nothing about this software other than not having a desktop version (which would make life easier!). This has made bookings and client management much faster and efficient.
