Impressive best tarps and straps

These straps are for heavy duty applications. I like that they have hook closures so they can't come loose if the strap comes undone. The clasps hold very well and don't slip. No complaints.

Pros
  • Easy to use

  • No

Great product - Equipment

These are quality bindings. They were too long for what I needed them for so I sold them to a friend - too long between hook and nock. but that's probably just for my specific application (holding a motorcycle on a motorcycle trailer).

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

GOOD BELTS for Gear

When I received these belts I liked the value for money. As I strapped my bike to secure it to the trailer, it became clear that there was a problem. Straps to the bike to secure the bike to the bottom of the tee, the connection point is now shorter and these cam buckle straps have a long buckle end. The longest I've seen. So if you try to pull the strap you will run out of traction. The minimum distance is about 30 inches! That was and is my problem, hence only 4 stars.

Very good! the best gear

These are the great bike mounts I used years ago. They are made from heavy duty 2 inch straps with durable stitching. The set I received was Keeper 05707 but they are gray not yellow (I don't mind). The hooks on each end are coated to protect anything they're attached to, and the hook's spring-loaded latch ensures they stay where you hook them. The 8 foot length is just perfect for my pickup and should work well in most trailers. The cam buckle is so easy to use and adjusts so quickly unlike my

Heavy duty for cam buckle construction

These were the highest quality cam buckle bindings I could find from Revain. I hate the ratchet design but I have a few and only use them when needed. Cam buckles are more convenient but have the disadvantage of having a lower power rating compared to ratchets. These 2" wider cam buckle mounts are solid and worth being wider than the ubiquitous 1" cam buckles in my opinion. I also like the spring that holds the hook in place. I used them this weekend to help my sister move out, and they've…

Great Wave-Runner Tow Straps

They are perfect for attaching my 850lb Yamaha Wave-Runner to a trailer. I bought these to replace a similar sized cam buckle strap that somehow loosened and fell off during shipping. Buckle straps are awkward to use anyway. They're easy to use and don't lose traction when installed properly (I've used many of these straps to tow jet skis and motorcycles). People who find them slippery are threading the net through the buckle incorrectly. There are written instructions, and correct refilling is

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model

They are very good. This type of mount is much better if you have a spring working against it to keep it taut like the suspension on an ATV. I bought a Honda Pioneer side by side and bought some kits to have it strapped to my trailer during transport. They slip off a bit under heavy loads unless you pull really hard and then pull on the back of the locking mechanism to lock it firmly. The fastening side digs into the tape and scratches it so badly that it no longer slips off. I've transported…

NOT FOR MOTORCYCLES, otherwise very strong and stable.

I bought these to secure my dirt bikes in the bed of a pickup truck. Unfortunately the hook clasps don't fit standard 7/8" handlebars. I know the listing doesn't say they are for motorcycles so I can't complain too much but it would only require a very small change in the design. to be much more useful to a wider circle of potential buyers/users I'm surprised that this application (motorcycle protection) wasn't researched when developing this product so I'm very disappointed but to be honest I…
