I have used this product before with excellent results. This time it doesn't help my keratin treated hair stay straight any better than the regular pantene I use. I spoke to my hairstylist about this and she says that products bought online are sometimes counterfeit no matter how legal the packaging is. She suggests using only professional cosmetic stores. I'm not sure if that's correct, but I don't think I'll be ordering this from Revain again. Cleans well but my natural curl does too well.

I ordered this keratin smoothing shampoo. The one the salon sold me was that brand but for college processed hair. I did some research and found this gem, it took longer to heal than I expected. I have crazy wavy hair, very thick so it's a real gem! Best buy!

I ordered this product because it says it is sulfate free after my keratin treatment. Received in the mail and I've read the ingredients. The 2nd number on the shampoo bottle is lauryl sulfate (big no-no after keratin treatment). Totally misleading for consumers specifically looking for sulfate free products as anything else will ruin expensive hair treatments.

Although I have not used this shampoo/conditioner before I am sure it will be a good product as I have purchased other hair products from Keratin Complex and really like them

Received white bottles that are at least 5 years old and are now out of circulation. So ashamed! I realized that the product is not very effective. I asked my stylist and he confirmed that the white bottles of Keratin Complex Shampoo and Conditioner were used at least 5 or 7 years ago. The main problem is that I bought what I saw in the photo (green bottles) but received something different (white ones). To me this looks like a simple scam. Hope to help other buyers.

I've been looking for a shampoo and conditioner that doesn't make my hair frizzy. This is the BEST I've ever found. I love it. My hair is very thin. It makes my hair very soft.

Absolutely hate it. It smells like medicine, after which my hair became very heavy, limp and greasy. It's just gross. Not to mention I'm stuck with it. I can't return even though it says the product can be returned. waste of money.

This item is sulfate free as it states "Does not contain sulfates or sodium chloride to protect colored hair." False advertising - do not buy if you have had a keratin straightening treatment!
