    Looks great, didn't cut.

Looks good but nobody could cut it. There isn't enough free space around the blade to use automatic cutters in large boxes (not to mention getting an assistant to try and cut them is the trick). It would be better if the blade broke or something.

After installing a new battery and making good contact it worked well

Worked well after installing a new battery. Had the key cut at a local locksmith for $4.50, followed the programming guide (had programmed the required 2 keys) and the car started with the new key with no problems. However, the door lock and unlock functions did not work. After installing a new battery and making good contact, it worked fine.

It works. I just wish the characters/letters didn't wear out so quickly.

The instructions could have been a little better but I'm pretty about what can be said about most things. I've been using this key for about 1 year now and have had no problems other than the letters/characters almost completely worn away. If I could change two things about this button, it's that the PANIC button is pretty easy to accidentally press, and that it's a bit larger than it should be.

    Huge and heavy! in anti-theft

I got tired of carrying a long factory key in my pocket so I have this one. Turns out it was a mistake, because even folded it's bigger than a clumsy factory key! It's also more than twice the weight at 59g versus 25g. I assume it's a good paperweight? Aside from being too big and heavy it seems good enough although I haven't tested it because I don't plan on actually cutting it. When I need a big, heavy key ring, I add one of these multi tools and keep the factory key ring.

Be prepared that this doesn't work.

Defective. It couldn't work (programmed) to unlock the car, but it did work to ignite. I had to get in the car, I didn't need an extra engine key (can be bought cheaply). I didn't choose this lightly, did some research and used the tool available at Revain to find something that would work for my machine, still no guarantee it will work properly. Be aware, I got another blank key (at the same time, from a different seller) for the same purpose (so I'm more likely to get one that works), had the

    Lies about compatible vehicles.

I bought this remote for a 2004 Dakota which the seller has confirmed works. I went to a tutorial website and went to the T. I even checked my car's manual for remote keyless programming and it was the same. The car goes into programming mode but never receives a signal from a new remote control. I changed the battery and even opened up the cheap looking remote to check the connections. It might work on some vehicles, but it's not worth the risk.

    Not the simplest version

Bought February 2018 and received quickly, I ordered Home Depot for free because they couldn't program it. It had to be programmed by a locksmith, which cost over $80. (He's already been in the house for something else) However, that doesn't work for doors, so if you're locked out because it's not broadcasting and you have a convertible jeep, you're SOL. (I got lucky) The case opened in mid-October, so it's probably a communication issue. I'm frustrated that I can't lock my jeep right now and…

Great price and super easy programming!

for the 2006 Jeep Commander. Based on my experience and the questions I had; Here's what I can share: Programming was the easiest thing ever. Just follow the very clear and very simple instructions on the seller's website. The key comes with a built-in battery. "Panic" button. It's very easy to accidentally press it, so someone will and does. As for "normal" buttons, I don't recall ever pressing them. With this key, at least once per Week. Just a note. IMPORTANT: AS STATED IN THE PRODUCT…
