Excellent customer service

UPDATE: Based on my initial review below, Keywell contacted me and provided me with a new flashlight free of charge and refunded my money. The new light lasts 7 hours in slow flash mode, so it's a little better. However, I also found that they increased the brightness with a slow flash, which explains why it doesn't come close to the 12 hour lifespan. Because of their excellent customer service and explanations, I have upgraded the rating to 5 stars. Used this flashlight in slow flash mode for…

Good product great customer support

This light is very bright with great visibility. It comes with multiple strap sizes that allow you to attach the light to your bike or helmet. I wanted to mount it on my helmet for the best view while riding on the road. The flashlight comes with different sized elastics and I needed the largest size to attach the flashlight to my helmet. The flashlight only came with two very large straps and I was concerned that the rubber straps might break over time. When I contacted the company to ask if…

Ideal if you have an aero seat post and saddle bottle cage

Exactly what I was looking for! My bike has an aero seat post which is much longer than a regular seat post so it took some research to find a compatible seat post mounted tail light. To complicate things further, I also have bottle cages that attach to the seat rails. This made some of the seat rail mounted taillights incompatible. This taillight was exactly what I needed. There were many rubber bands included with the taillight. As you can see from my photos I folded 2 large pieces of ribbon…

Buy with caution. but great customer support

I bought this because it looks like CatsEye for $60, I have one of those. Either it's not waterproof or the battery life isn't great. I was driving from Maryland to Massachusetts through a terrible storm. CatsEye still works, but Keywell says it charges but won't turn on. So either water got in or the battery life is short. After this initial review, the seller saw the review and contacted me via email. They offered an apology and either a refund or replacement, which I accepted. Customer…

Worth a tail light as well as a helmet light if you have the right helmet

Bright beautiful flashing modes. Easy to install on my bike's seat post, but once I installed the rack there was no room to mount it. It's not the light's fault, it's the shelves. I bought another light from a local bike shop who figured out how to bolt it onto the rack. I have now fitted this light to the back of my helmet (Kingbike Black and Yellow). It's not difficult to attach or remove the helmet from the helmet, but the rubber pad doesn't seal as well on the helmet as it does on the…

Decent flashlight for the money

This flashlight has a few nice features: It charges easily via the USB port and holds a charge well. It has a solid and a choice of flashing modes. It comes with several rubber bands of different lengths to attach it to pipes of different diameters, which is a nice touch. It does not adhere well to indirect pipes. Mounting to a seatpost or straight seatpost works fine, but trying to mount it to a curved tube, e.g. B. on the back of some supports, it only rolls until it points down. This light…

Bright light but not waterproof design - use dry only!

PROS: I really like this flashlight for its slim, simple design and very bright LED strip. Personally, I don't mind removing the rubber bands to remove the charging indicator, but I understand some may find it cumbersome. Battery life was also excellent: I usually run it in a fast "double flash" mode and haven't completely drained the battery after a typical week of summer riding (12-14 hours). CONS: This flashlight is NOT waterproof. The rubber pad is fully removable and is held in place by…

Great bike light! best in taillights

Overall I really like the product! I have a few little things but I think the product works very well! If you're looking for a bright red tail light that will always get you seen, this is the light for you! It has a long battery life and the ability to charge! Pros: First, the light is very bright! (Check out the video, I shot it in total darkness.) Sorry it was raining so you can see it's attached to my mug, not a real bike. Battery life is very good! I used it for a good 2 hours on overload…
