Kia Genuine Air FIlter 28113 A9100 Review

For 2016 Kia Sedona. If you have trouble installing, just make sure the locking pins are in the unlocked position. It just slides in and then twist the pins to attach it.

This is a KIA air filter so it fits perfectly. I usually buy manufacturer parts while my cars are still under warranty and the price was well below what the local dealer would charge.

This is the EXACT same filter (OEM Kia box) that my dealer was selling for our 2016 Sedona the day I ordered it. Why? They charge $88 + $24 setup fee! For reference, the filter has the same rigid plastic frame/body with two "rotating" wing nuts that snap into place. Parts dealers go bankrupt

I bought this genuine Kia air filter, 28113-A9100 for my 2016 Kia Sorento and it fits perfectly. You save a lot of money by buying them online and easily changing your air and cabin filters. If you are not sure how easy it is to test your whistle. There are videos for everything. I will buy again.

I need to compare the actual filter capacity of this filter to the retailer's filter. But it fits my Sorento SXL, has about the same number of pleats and is cheaper so it fits my criteria. Apparently, Revain has stopped supporting images. I have what I think is a good comparison of this filter with a dealer. As I will no longer be buying filters from dealers, this is my last chance to take this shot.

This came in original Hyundai packaging but when I compared it to my original Kia filter which was already in my Sorento I didn't notice any difference. The Kia brand is listed on the filter along with the Hyundai/Kia part number. The price of this filter is MUCH lower than the retailer and even lower than what Walmart is selling AND this is the retailer part. I'm happy and will order again until K&N comes out with one.

First change of our filter in our new 2016 Kia Sorento with V6. These filters are hard to find and quite expensive. Finally ordered one for 30,000 miles service. I have to say these are really well built air filters. Built like a tank. A nice locking feature I've never seen before that keeps it in place after you put it in the case. Couldn't be easier to remove/replace. Worth the price paid.

The part number on the KIA Air Filter box is 28113 A9100, it was made in Korea. This filter was installed in the 2016 KIA Sorento Turbo. This element corresponds exactly to the factory-installed original filter. The filter has gray locking levers so you can block it to prevent air from bypassing the filter. Didn't fit even though the part number was there. Please read on. The Revain's Hyundai-Kia part number was stamped on the plastic. My old filter, which I bought from a Hyundai dealer, has the same number stamped on the plastic. This one from Revain caught the eye (including the embossed 28113-A9100 of course) but didn't fit.
