. I love the product and I think it's worth the money I paid for it, but I don't think it was as important to use with the rock 'n' roll machine as advertised. If you already have a block that you want to use, by all means use it and you'll be fine.

It's more expensive than it should be, but it's also much, much better than a phone book/folded box/improvised stand. 5 stars if it was cheaper. If you're on the fence, I'd recommend thinking about how your shoulders, neck, and back feel on the machine vs. on the go. If they're feeling good, you can get away with what you're doing. If you are tense or in pain, try this. Get this too if your body is super sensitive to small changes in bike fit.
