Handle wobbles best on material handling products

Handle does not stay upright after I lift it. I asked a question how to make it stay upright but got unsatisfactory answer. Also, it doesn't seem very strong because it wobbles at the junction of the two sections. It carries items well, but I have a feeling the handle might fall apart or break.

This thing doesn't add up.

I love it and use it every day. It does not fold flat as advertised. There is no contact information on the company's website, so I can't speak to anyone about the issue. Wouldn't buy it again. Information on support or even a guarantee is not included in the package. Nothing but a cart. No instructions, nothing. Buy it and you're on your own.

Can't take it Buy something else.

My doctor wanted me to take my backpack off my shoulder because of health problems. I looked around and it looked like a good deal. Now my backpack weighs no more than 25 pounds, usually less. The rating on this, he says, is 88 pounds. I don't carry it up stairs, logs or up steep hills. It goes from the parking lot across the street and enters the building, then it's just corridors and elevators. Everything is flat. I've had this car for less than 6 months and all of a sudden she just wants meโ€ฆ
