I've bought both the larger and smaller versions and I keep buying more. The rotation of the perches is perfect so my birds don't mess them up and the natural wood is good for chewing. I have the big ones in Senegal and Caique cages and the smaller ones in my green cheek. My Meyer can do that too. I hope to have a very large one in the future as my larger birds appreciate it.

Now I have connected 4 of these devices together. I drilled a hole in the bottom and screwed in the part that needs to go through the cage and attached the wing nut. Note: I wash all perches/toys before I put them in the bird run. Like most wooden poles of this type, it had an odd finish that I had to slowly remove. I realize this might be somewhat upsetting, but my birds chew and I won't risk them choking, especially as I never keep wooden sticks for more than 6 months (I don't feel like I can thoroughly clean wooden toys/sticks , so I remove them after a while for peace of mind). I have already bought 2 of these small sizes for my budgies and they liked them so much I decided to try the larger, medium size. When the medium size arrived I was initially concerned that the diameter of the branches would be too big for their little feet, but I was pleasantly surprised when they happily started jumping on them.
