🍎 Red KitchenAid Apple Slicer and Corer - Optimize Searches for Efficient Use Review

I ordered all RV equipment to match my Candy Apple Red portable electronics in my RV as I live in an RV all the time and it is set up like a house. I am proud to take these items to all the dinners I attend now and get many compliments. Seems like a lot of my older friends want to do what I do! You keep telling them that we can grow old and still enjoy the beauty of our kitchens! Only on a smaller scale!

I had three of these slicers. I cut at least 1 apple every day, 365 days a year. This is the third car I have owned in 7 years. So about 1 slicer in 2-3 years. Can't complain about that considering how often I use it. In terms of efficiency, I wouldn't buy any other slicer. My parents own another brand and it's not good. It's the sharpest, if not the strongest. Of course if it lasts 5-10 years I would give it 5 stars but other than that I'm happy with 4.

A great addition to any kitchen. We had one of these in our kitchen drawer for years, I thought it was for grapefruit and never used it. A friend came and grabbed it and cut the pear in no time. WOW how easy to use. Because of the fruit trees in the yards, we had to take one for both houses. So now we can easily eat fresh pears, apples and Asian pears all day long. I've had one of these for years and apart from a single tear that hasn't affected it, this fruit slice is so near perfect that I've ordered a second one so I can keep the first one with me forever my camping gear. For those wondering, the cutting portion is 4.25 inches in diameter and can accommodate a slightly smaller apple. For safety and ease of slicing, I recommend placing the apple stem-side down on a cutting board. Even asymmetrical apples are cut cleanly in this position! So why only…
