You get what you pay for.

I did a lot of research before purchasing this scale. There are many cheap scales out there and most of them are fine. These scales are in the same category. Pros - Looks great - Easy to read numbering (some other cheap scales are surprisingly hard to read) - Accuracy compared to other scales I own - Sensitivity and speed of measurement - Quiet (some people like beeps, I hate it) Cons – Biggest disadvantage : The tare button is difficult to press and is not always registered.
