Green light indicates no voltage. Lightweight, compact tool with pocket clip provides convenient storage and quick access. Auto power-off feature conserves and extends battery life. Works perfectly! No problem.

This works as intended. Lots of YouTube videos to see how to use it. I had no problems with that. Remember to remove the battery when storing it or not using it for a long time.

Intricate Design: Electrician

Okay, I wanted a simple one - is there power on that cord or outlet or not? As a total beginner, I don't understand the voltage difference. You intuitively think that the light that comes on will be green = electricity. It's not like this.

Very sensitive to electricity

It works very well that's why I bought it. That means tracing the wires of Christmas tree lanterns to find bad bulbs. I bought another brand that sometimes got a signal and sometimes didn't on the low voltage lights. Dual voltage capability is great.

Excellent quality. Not cheap but small.

Small products are great. I like this tester very much. Some of them run on direct current. The answer is that there is currently no non-contact tester that can test DC. Very good quality and I think someone will inherit this when I'm gone.

The beep is important to me.

I love the clear beep when voltage is detected. I have a mild hearing loss at high frequencies and can't hear anything until I bring my ear close to the device. Then I can't hear well. There are better devices for less money. For this reason I give two stars. Probably sent back.
