It's getting MUCH harder to find/buy "good" tools these days - the big stores don't have them anymore and the smaller hardware stores are mostly lacking. I bought these to replace the same pair that blew when I made a silly mistake at a live track. It's worth noting that although I broke the tool, I didn't get electrocuted, the insulated handles work fine. They may cost a little more than some name brand cutters, but the quality can't be beat, even with super expensive tools. You need to buy a tool dealer's truck.
