WORSTED WEIGHT: One single hank of Knit Picks Provincial Tweed worsted weight yarn; 80% Superwash Fine Highland Wool, 20% Donegal Tweed, 100 grams for 250 yards. TWEED ACCENTS: Each colorway is created by spinning together a lighter and darker tone of the same color, which knits up into a surprisingly uniform fabric with wonderful depth of color. The neutral Donegal neps bring a distinct visual texture. ALL PURPOSE YARN: The Fine Highland fiber has a soft hand with plenty of drape which is perfect for classic cable knitting or cozy apparel and accessories. GAUGE SIZE: For knitting, 4.5-5 sts = 1" on US 6-9 needles (4-5.5mm); For crochet, 11-14 sc = 4" on I-K hooks (5.5-6.5mm). CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Machine wash gentle and tumble dry low; for best results turn garments inside out before washing

Nice yarn for knitting and crocheting

Very soft and pleasing shimmering colours, Black - deep steely blue-grey and black with hints of dark purple and copper. It's wonderful to work with him.

Feines Garn best in Yarn

Very soft and pleasantly shimmering colours, black - deep steel blue-grey and black with splashes of dark violet and copper. It's wonderful to work with him.

The softest tweed yarn I've ever held my hands

Since this yarn is tweed I didn't expect it to be the softest yarn. I was wrong. It's soft and a little cuddly. The color is very rich and has a very subtle sheen. Glad you were pleasantly surprised.
