They have taken responsibility.

I bought two of these to replace the more fragile parts that came with my mower. One of the originals broke in half when the lawn mower collided with a large tree. Haven't hit any trees yet but these pins fit perfectly and the huge handles make it easy to plug in and out when I need to change the angle of the hitch. Also, with the bright orange handles, I doubt I'll ever lose them!

Pros
  • Farm & Construction
Cons
  • Expensive

Works perfectly ! to 3-point attachment

This pin works great with my Gorilla buggy and lawn mower. The pen stays inside, even on uneven surfaces. So easy to connect and attach.

Pros
  • Replaces pins that require a cotter pin
Cons
  • Quick Guide

Ideal for old Xootr scooters!

Xootr will stop making "ergo pens" for its vintage scooters. This item fits perfectly. The orange handle looks a bit silly, but feels very good in the hand and doesn't get in the way.

Pros
  • Allows for quick and easy insertion and removal of the pen
Cons
  • Miscellaneous Miscellaneous

Day one Quality OK - misleading picture

Looks pretty decent. Not the item that was pictured when purchased. Attached is a photo of the product received. The listing must include a line drawing of the part's dimensions.

Pros
  • Ring pin has a ball detent mechanism
Cons
  • Socket required
