Tires fit my car well. Good packaging.

Haven't actually used it but tried to install it and it was pretty easy. Please note that the package received was not Thule branded. The good news is that it fits the Mazda CX5 as ordered, so it looks like choosing Revain worked correctly for my car. How reliable they are, I can't say - were only bought in case of a snow storm while on vacation.

Make sure they fit before you get stuck

Well they arrived the day before my ski trip, I hope I don't need chains. They're too big for my 215/55 17 tires. I've read the sizing chart, how do they fit the smaller ties they're listed for? I had an accident and now I have to live with the dangerous consequences. Check your chains before you get stuck on the sidelines!

If you are a beginner - installation is not possible

A quick video clip of a woman installing these snow chains makes installation easy but if you are new to snow chains like we are Florida Residents, you will be surprised. It took us 2 hours to figure out how to put it on. We thought the second one should be easy, but we worked on it for over an hour and gave up. We will use traditional snow chains which are foolproof.

They are cool! I practiced dressing beforehand, but .

I got these for my 2017 Ram Promaster 2500. I used them for the first time today. They are cool! I practiced dressing beforehand, but dressing was very easy and took no time at all! I was able to climb both my own street and a long, sloping driveway through very slippery snow. Without the chains I would never have stood on both. Highly recommended. I put them on right before I get to my departure. Very happy with them!

Doesn't fit best in Accessories & Parts

Bought size 245, recommended size for my tire (225/65R17). After tightening to the last tendon, they only remained thrown over the tire and were no longer tightened. After contacting Konig and showing them these pictures, they recommended trying the smaller size 240. Thank goodness I bought these through Revain with their amazing return policy. Many retailers will not accept returns of tire chains, and if they do, there is usually a restocking fee for what appears to be used. The difficulty…

    Convenient and efficient!

It took me a few minutes to figure out how to put them on the first time. This helped get away from the final image in directions. After that, getting dressed was easy and quick. I used them last year when I couldn't otherwise climb a hill from my area. We had almost four inches of snow today and I couldn't drive up the driveway in my front wheel drive Mazda CX-5 because the snow was too slippery. I put on the chains and rode up easily. It was amazing for the short distances (less than a mile…

Easy to attach, better than cables

These chains are strong and not as fragile as cables. My friend's snow cables broke while descending from Big Bear Lake in California. He bought them the day before. The instructions are fairly simple and the colored links make it easy to figure out where everything needs to be connected. (You can see the red links in the picture.) You may need to walk a bit and then retighten the links as each chain is designed to fit multiple tires of different sizes. This is easily accomplished by…

I am impressed. And impressing me is NOT EASY!

I have never had to fit or use snow chains. In anticipation of the heavy snowfall I would have to drive through on I-80 at Donner Pass, I ordered them and unfortunately didn't have time to test them. So the ultimate test was when the cops pulled me off the road at exit 1 in Reno and I had to put them on. Having read this before the trip I had a good idea of what they were like. SHOULD keep going, and of course they did! They fit right out of the box, stayed nice and tight and provided great…
