Inaccurate, Unreliable Industrial Microscope

Based on our own experience, the Koolertron microscope fail to meet expectations. The magnification is not accurate and blurry, making lab work difficult. The rechargeable battery life is short, which adds to the inconvenience. The product falls short of expectations when compared to others in the Industrial and Scientific category.

Great car for kids and adults

My kids (4 and 6 years old) love this thing. They are always looking for something else to improve themselves. It is easy to use, so even a 4-year-old child can easily handle it. I think it's more of a magnifying glass than a microscope as I doubt you can use it to see individual cells like in a biology class, but if you ask me it's more fun and interesting than traditional microscopes, especially for young children. I confess I like it too and I'm 41 years old. Some things look very strange up

Decent image but only 720p output for use with a PC camera. Wobbly stand.

Pros: - Decent image quality and adjustable backlight - Clear image thanks to 4.3 inch screen - Intuitive, user-friendly menu Cons: - Wobbly plastic stand with unreliable plastic grip to fix position. The position lock/knob comes loose during use and in testing the camera slides easily onto the subject when using the menu or adjusting focus. - Video output when streaming to a PC as a webcam device is limited to 720p 30fps, even if the device is configured. up to 1080p (FHD).
