Already broken at the collar

After a few months the main control blew up. No built-in fuses. The resistances inside exploded. Whatever the reason, there were no additional instructions for adding failover devices. If it was caused by an electric shock. Very disappointed.

I hope the second time it will be better.

This is our second time buying this. The first was not waterproof and when our dog got wet it fried. However, this is one of the few products that allows you to build and train an invisible fence, which is why we bought it again. Hopefully it will take longer than this detour.

Great company to do business with!

I was skeptical because of the price, but we wanted a distance learning system with a fence. Not available in more expensive units as a combo. We installed it in early April and had no problems for most of the summer. A month ago the Receiver Collar would not turn off but would turn on and stay on after charging. I contacted Legend Zone via email through my Revain account and they promptly sent me a new one. Then a week ago we had a storm and the base controller stopped working. I contacted…

I tried 2 others and returned. This one works great. THEN DIED AFTER 1 1/2 YEARS

UPDATE: COLLAR BROKEN AFTER 1 1/2 YEARS WITHOUT CUSTOMER SUPPORT I have tried a wireless fence and another recessed fence. I sent them back because of the unpredictability. This one (KoolKani) is AWESOME. However, you must read the instructions carefully. A few details: The collar's battery really lasts about a month. We use it every day in the yard and in the field. - Base station (for earth fence) has separate settings for horn/vibration and shock. So I set the horn/vibration at 10ft from the
