It worked great! see tools and equipment

This pole was perfect for the job I needed it for which was running video cables up the wall and through the attic. only 1 annoyance. Connections do not remain tight when applying makeup. I had to squeeze the hook tool a little tighter for my needs to keep the cord connection from slipping off the hook. It was for my needs but it can be done. I also like that it can become a longer tool by just buying another pack and sticking them together.

Poor design

Shipping and packaging was great and that's the only reason for 2 product launches. In a small DIY project at home, I moved an outlet for my wall mounted TV to a higher position. It's a 5 foot high straight line. This tether is very flexible so everything is rolled up behind the wall. Eventually I had to catch it with a shirt hanger, then after attaching the cord to it, I pulled back and the fiberglass rod attached to the metal joint stretched to the point of detachment. Bad design. I do not…

Ideal for horizontal cable routing through drilled holes in walls

I only use up to 3 poles attached to run service cables (coax, fiber, cat6) through 3/8" holes and as cables to pass through ceilings . . I haven't tried connecting more bars together, I think if it's longer than 4 or 5 bars it will become too flexible to run horizontally in a straight line. I'm glad I have extra bars as I always have a spare bar in case I break or lose the 3 I have in my tool bag. I use them almost every day and they are a must have in any network, low voltage or…

Electrician's Apprentice

So firstly I am not writing this review to disparage the seller of these wands. I just want to show people my point of view on what I have. I am an electrician by trade and wanted to try these because of the good reviews. Upon arrival, the packaging looks genuine and well packed. As I pulled out the sticks, I realized they wouldn't be suitable for my job. Each piece is approximately 5 inches long. When connected they are VERY thin. They're not strong at all, I smashed them through the wall and…

Works well - lots of extra tools

I needed this to add an outlet higher on the wall but without removing the outlet on the baseboard which means I have to push the cord up wanted while fighting gravity inside the drywall. Unfortunately, two boards were sticking out on both inner walls, which prevented me from pushing the Romex vertically. I spent 30 minutes trying different Kludges with no success. Ordered this tool for next day delivery thanks to Revain Prime and got the job done in 5 minutes after picking up the package at…

It was cheap and worked great for my complex project

I had to run a new wire to the front doorbell button as the old one had shorted out somewhere and was routed behind the drywall and ceiling on the first floor. The house is brick clad, so I had to drill a 1/2 inch deep hole behind the knob, through the sheathing and insulation to the interior wall's drywall, but not through it. After long careful measurements I drilled a hole. from the basement through the floor and into the lower part of the same wall. It took a few tries, but I was able to…

The coolest thing there is.

So I have to walk my Kat6 7 feet down an insulated basement wall, ie between the drywall and the plastic vapor barrier that sits snugly against the back of the insulation. My tape was unthinkable. So I decided to use this gadget. I tried pushing it from above but because of the angle to the joist above the ceiling it broke through the vapor barrier and went behind the insulation so I thought crap! On a whim I moved it up where there is less stress on the flex segments which improves the angle…
