This shoe is very pretty and comfortable, but if you're a little above entry level bowling, ie if you're slippery, then this shoe isn't for you. The rubber tip on the boot interferes with the glide pad. It should have less rubber on it and be angled so it doesn't hit the ground when gliding. I almost tore my groin muscle trying to use them. But if you're just starting out and not skidding, that's definitely 5 stars.

This bowling shoe definitely has more cushioning than other shoes I've tried. More padding around the neck/hole of the shoe for a snug fit as well as additional padding inside the shoe. I would recommend ordering half a size up from your usual size due to the extra padding. I usually wear a medium size 8.5 but have to go back to order half a size up. I think the shoes look better in real life. The size was just right for me. I have a wide foot but that's not a problem. I find the shoes a bit stiff but I expect they will soften over time. My toes on one foot hurt after about 6 bowling games. But I assume it will go away. The shoes didn't slip at first. I had to apply slippery powder to fix it. My biggest complaint is the rubber cap.
