Kraus KCU 241 Undermount Rectangular Bathroom Review

Ordered a total of 4 items, 2 returned as defective. The area near the crane location is deformed. Obviously a manufacturer problem. Who checks the quality before putting it in the box? I have ordered a replacement - please check the quality of the part before sending it back to me and remove the defective parts from the conveyor. I'm approaching the deadline for installing the sink. Dissatisfied.

I bought this and had to return it because I ordered too big. I was so upset because they were beautiful quality mussels at a very good price. They gave me my money back so quickly. Excellent customer service. I have a Kraus kitchen sink and I love it too. Holds up great. I will order more Krauss. I've always had good luck with this brand. I'm not worried about the quality, I know it's good.

I installed 3 of these. All 3 have been in operation for about 5 months. The quality seems high. As another reviewer mentioned, I had an issue with the retractable drains I purchased. My pops were from Ruwati. Of the three drains, 2 had a slightly larger flange than the other. I blame Ruwati, not the shell. I would suggest getting Kraus retractable plums. I actually like that the overflow is visible under the faucet, it looks very symmetrical when installed.

After reading other reviews I used the Kraus pop up sink. We had no trouble installing the sink and drain. When installing the drain, you must use tape, otherwise it will leak. I love the size of this sink. It's not too big or too small. Leaves enough space between our two sinks. There are no quality problems at all. Overall: Ordered several of these sinks for a bathroom renovation. These sinks look great, are pure white and have a beautiful finish. Excellent value for money and quality.
