I love this lock and trust it to secure my parents bike. We bought it as a gift and skipped registering for the day as you needed the bike's serial number. Upset about that. Looks strong and really heavy. Bought the combo but sent it back for the buttons as the combo was tricky in a confined space.

It looks and feels very strong and durable, it's heavy, I ride an e-bike so I don't mind but you will it feel in your backpack, hard to lock as the weight and key turning to the lock position it hurts but for the price nothing is that reliable, total overkill here in cape cod let's see what happens when i move to south florida.

We returned this lock because it was very heavy when it arrived and I never want to ride a bike with that extra weight. We were never told we wouldn't get a full refund and after sending it back we were shocked to learn we got a partial refund (minus $15 shipping).
