Much smaller than previous scissors of the same type. They are very sharp and appear to be of good quality but they are lightweight compared to others I have, everything about them is small.

I cook slowly. And I hate tendon lines and fat in meat (even though the dog loves them!). Trying to cut them with a knife takes a lot of time. I bought these scissors and they allow you to cut tendons/fat from meat much faster. They are very sharp and constantly cut to the tips of the blades. I'm definitely glad I bought them.

They seem very cheap to me (in China), but above all they are very prone to snagging and thus damaging the palm of the hand during the cutting process. (The user's skin gets into the semi-sharp grass removers when the scissors close.) Finally, the blades do not open easily enough, making cutting much more difficult. Returned.

I have used these scissors for many years and give many away as gifts. They are extremely durable, lightweight, easy to use and retain their sharpness. They can even cut flower stems and chicken bones and are easier to use for removing fat from meat/chicken compared to using a knife. They are versatile too; I have one for the kitchen and one for gardening.

Yes I use them in my kitchen but I'm not trying to get them to cut big bones (maybe they could but I appreciate these scissors as much as I do for other purposes, so maybe I'm being overly cautious). They find the same wide application when it comes to opening packages wrapped in thick plastic where even heavy scissors cannot. No more frustrating struggle. Or unpacking shipments when the items are covered with multiple layers of packaging material. Cuts through these layers like butter. Or…
