Dysfunctional Lock: my feedback

Based on my experience, this electronic deadbolt presented more issues than solutions. The installation process was simple, however, the lock failed to function properly from the beginning. The lock intermittently failed to lock, leaving our home vulnerable. The only good thing? It looked nice. Save yourself the trouble and invest in a higher quality lock.

The auto lock is the highlight of this product

I bought this during the Prime Day sale because the day before I texted my kids to PLEASE lock the door when they leave the house. A house. When I come home from work there was always a 50/50 chance the door was locked. The keyboard feature on this one was just an added feature that made it an even better buy. Love it! Just bought another one!

I followed the instructions carefully and was able to install and program this lock in about 15 minutes using an existing deadbolt. This is my first keyless lock and I'm trying it out on a side door, so I didn't want to pay more money for cool features like phone monitoring. I've really liked it so far and have bought the exact same thing for my tailgate.
