Terrible product, terrible service, no guarantee

Terrible, bought in April, brakes in January, they don't want to be replaced. Cannot speak to anyone, literally no customer service.

Pros
  • Well made
Cons
  • There are cons

Eliminated rear noise.

Fixed a rumble in the rear of my 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan Installation took about 45 minutes. It's only been two weeks, if there are any problems I'll unsubscribe. Driving on the freeway is better.

Pros
  • Looks great
Cons
  • No paint required

Returned. Where is the famous Japanese quality?

According to the manufacturer's recommendation, before installing, you need to hold the gas springs in a vertical position and pump several times, I did 15, after which they should rise at the same speed, and my pair rises by about 1 inch. Returned.

Pros
  • The best in its niche
Cons
  • There are flaws

. OEM shocks leak after 100,000+ miles. They were easy to install and my van runs like new again. I did quite a bit of research before purchasing these shocks. So far my research has been confirmed. These are probably the best aftermarket shock absorbers available for the Chrysler Town and Country.

Pros
  • . Well made.
Cons
  • . Can't remember.

Place the block on the opposite front wheel, crack the nuts on the rear wheels, lift the corner where the damper is to be replaced, insert the jack, remove the tire and BOOM, the damper is ready for removal . The only thing that surprises me is how hard you have to tighten the screws on the pivot points. they don't really rotate much. If the screws are not tightened enough, there will be a…

Returned. Where is the famous Japanese quality?

Manufacturer recommends holding the gas springs upright before installing and pumping them several times, I've done 15, after that they should go up at the same rate but my pair goes up about 1 inch. Returned.

Pros

Cons
