A Review of the Disappointing Online Shopping Experience at KYKU: Unfortunately, my time spent in KYKU's online shop was a terrible letdown. Despite the site's polished presentation, I was sent low-quality goods that didn't meet my expectations. It was very annoying that the clothes I bought all broke apart after only one wash.

Inadequate search and filtering capabilities also make it hard to locate specific goods on the website. I had a hard time understanding the many payment alternatives during the checkout process. It was a hassle and took a lot of time to remedy the issue once I contacted customer service. The unreliability and slowness of KYKU's delivery method doesn't help matters. My package did not arrive within the estimated time frame, and the tracking information provided was vague and incorrect. In…
