My son was a Halloween diver and this costume was perfect for him! This is a thinner material but very elastic. And he would definitely wear it to the pool!

Bought as part of my daughter's 'Dolphin Trainer' costume. He's perfect for that. I'm not sure we'll ever test it for swimming. Corresponds to the description in the comments etc.

Ideal for full coverage or when your child has a wild imagination and wants to look like a diver. Don't confuse it with a wetsuit - it's not, but I clearly understood this from the seller's description.

I ordered the small one for my 2 year old girl and as expected it is a bit big for her. However, since it covers the whole body and protects from the sun, we love it! I will actually be ordering 2 more of these for our beach trip this year!

This is a great option if you want a modest version of a swimsuit, but I wouldn't recommend it due to the warmth. It's not made of swimsuit material, it's made of thin material for normal swimwear, so it won't give much warmth when you're in the sea or in a very cold pool.
