This is the original cutter. Don't waste money on anything else.

As a professional installer with more than 20 years experience, this is the best PERIOD drill! LSD is a fantastic manufacturer of high quality specialist tools for electricians and electricians. Everything else is rubbish in comparison. In 20 years I've only had to buy a replacement. Need to cut precise holes in drywall or even plaster without leaving a mess? That's it! It is also the only one with the largest hole size. Guys, when they see me start this, they'll lose their minds. money well…

Hole-y cow is a good tool!

This product is simply irreplaceable! When installed correctly (which is admittedly not difficult, but you can also put the nut in the wrong place) the part generates minimal dust. Other reviewers said it was messy - the drum has to be pushed all the way up against the ceiling/wall you're cutting into. After the hole has been cut, allow the dust to settle for a second before removing the drum. Then carefully take it to the trash can outside and discard the core and dust. The construction will…

Works great on drywall and wood

Failed to load media. As the name suggests, this tool saves work. I bought it specifically to cut 20 holes in the ceiling for speakers. I needed two different sizes, the largest was just over 9-3/4", so this was one of the few punches that fit my needs. I have included many photos of both the tool and the hole it can cut .There is also a video of it in action.It claims to be able to go through wood and I plan to try it at some point but so far I've only done interior drywall with it.***UPDATE…
