🔧 Labwork Belt Tensioner Assembly for Honda Odyssey 2005-2010, Pilot 2006-2011, Accord 2008-2010 - Complete Assembly with Pulleys, OE#39092 19253072 Review

My "new" part was removed from the packaging. I am now waiting for a new one (it will be delivered in 6 days) Hopefully the replacement is NEW, if not my sister will be without her van for another week!

This item is not worth buying. Installed July 2020. Now February 2021. Bearings have already been removed from the tensioner. The tensioner is such weak metal that the cast nuts came loose when I had to remove the belt to replace another part. Definitely don't buy.

Tensioner replacement was very stiff AND poor quality and when attempting to compress the hydraulic strut to install the belt with a 6 point 19mm socket the soft metal of the Spanners off. I had to reinstall the old block. Too bad, the new pulleys had more bearing play than the ones I removed. Garbage!

The park was absolutely perfect, it was an exact replacement for the car I was working on. The car I worked on was a 2800 Honda. A good quality part. And the price of the park was extremely reasonable. I will definitely use you again in the near future. Just a reminder of the part that offers great quality at a very reasonable price. The product arrived quickly, easy to install and fits perfectly. Compared to the stock Hondas, I removed the smaller OD pulley bearings. I imagine the bearings will have a shorter service interval but time will tell. With a mileage of 180,000 km, an original bearing turned out to be dry with play. I expected catastrophic failure soon, so I bought this device. After a few weeks of daily driving everything is fine so far.

The tensioner works well. I broke the cane on my 2006 Odyssey because the hydraulics were jammed. So when I started compressing it, the top plug came off completely and the bottom plug came off. I received this replacement in 2 days and everything went pretty well and I was able to put the belt on quickly once I had it. Since then I haven't had any problems with it.
