It works GREAT. SO GREAT

My husband bought this for his truck one late night out of boredom while shopping. Works perfectly. In fact, it's SO AWESOME that it's starting to have dogs running all around us. It works GREAT. It's actually SO AMAZING, it sounds like the damn trailer will be back in my house any second. It works great and I hate it. He loves to.

Pros
  • Comfortable to use
Cons
  • Nothing

Seems like people never cared if it was on standby

Brought as a gift for my dad to use on his truck as he owns a lawn growing business and always has a trailer on his truck has. It seemed like people didn't care if he came back. But now everyone stops and allows him to turn back. He is sincerely grateful for that! Thank you! Highly recommend and it sounds like a must have for some big backup!

  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Negative impression

Noisy but not loud enough for service vehicles.

Well designed reversing signal. Not as loud as my last one. If you have a company vehicle and are subject to MSAHA regulations, this signal is not loud enough. MSHA states that for your safety, the company vehicle should be louder than any other equipment. I'm just trying to help people save some money. Other than that, it's a great signal.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Cable is shorter than other picks

Simple Large Traditional Reversal Buzzer

Installation was easy except I had to buy more screws and wires from the hardware store. Very loud and industrial sounding, really fun to confuse people in my car. I also live in a tourist center and people tend to block (not avoid) me uncomfortably in my parking lot. After getting this buzzer and setting it up with my reverse light they start moving within a few seconds, only once have I bothered someone with the buzzer for 2 minutes just because they didn't move when they could easily do it.

Pros
  • Absolutely Amazing!
Cons
  • Useless features

, this thing broke after a week of installing. Everything he does now is a very pathetic crack. Do not buy this item. Original rating. I like this product although it is not very loud. This is a very nicely made product and looks well built. It comes with nuts, bolts and washers for assembly. All you have to do is connect the cable to the reversing lights and you're done. The negative terminal is grounded so when bolted to the frame it will be grounded by the car. Very well thought out. Theโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel

  • Slightly broken update

Not loud enough to drive people crazy

I installed this on a large Dodge ProMaster van with really bad blind spots just to use when backing out of a parking space at a mall or store park out. . Many pedestrians these days are so busy texting as they walk through parking lots that I wanted to somehow get them to look up when I'm backing up. This alarm is perfect for my needs but if you want a horn for use on a huge front end loader used in a quarry you may need something else. because I placed mine on the bottom of the rear bumperโ€ฆ

I bought this reverse (backup) alarm for extra security.

I bought this reversing alarm (backup) to increase the security of a 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 4 seater with a 6ft (6ft) 6ft bed. I didn't want to mess around with drilling mounting holes. I bought (2) two magnet pots from a local store for (95) ninety five pounds each and attached them to (2) two mounting holes on this reversing alarm (backup). I mounted this reverse signal (backup) to the bottom (6 feet) of a six foot bed that was as high as I could reach. To ensure the speaker WILL NOT move whileโ€ฆ

Doesn't work well with street spray. (corrected)

Attached to the body of a Class 8 trailer. Whenever I drive a truck in the pouring rain, the device is barely audible. When dry it works fine. I purposely pointed it downwards so it wouldn't get boggy. The people here were nice enough to send me another one and I sent it back. He does the same. When I replaced the block, I took a hard plastic fender, trimmed it, and hung it to cover the wires to the taillights and alarms. We also work in the snow and the deposits on the wires are not good.
