Don't forget the slip-on shank adapter

You won't be able to plug in and work with a traditional power drill. A hammer drill usually has a fairly large chuck. You need a mandrel shaft adapter or a shank adapter. If you ask anyone at a hardware store, they can point you to a large thorn. An extra star for a great price.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Doubtful

Worn out after drilling 19 " concrete

I used a 100mm concrete hole saw with an SDS impact drill bit to drill holes in 4" thick concrete blocks. By the time I was halfway through the fifth hole, the tips were blunt and he wouldn't move forward. At $1.50 an inch of material this allows me to drill a hole, it's not worth the money.

Pros
  • Great construction
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging
