Awesome Hone!: Power & Hand Tools

I have had a Lansky standard sharpening set for a long time and have always been happy with the price. I recently resharpened my Benchmade 940. Anyone who has ever sharpened a blade from an S90V knows this is no joke! I started with an extra course of 70 grit in my standard kit and sharpened it for a couple of hours over a couple of nights. Which stones do I use with Lansky

2 value for money because they should be as cheap as other stones. Sure, they sharpen faster, but better than oil-derived stones? Doubt. To me they're about the same, it just depends on which one I want to use for fun lol. Tbh I use diamonds, extra fine yellow and blue sapphires for all my straight knives. On curved knives I buy curved stones. I throw out extra fine and fine because they're not ceramic or aluminum oxide, so they literally grind like chalk. Absolutely terrible. They are called…

Start your Lansky sharpening easily!
