It works for me in my review

I took a sleep study and diagnosed with mild hypopnena. According to my my sleep report, this happened when I was sleeping on my back, which I would have sworn I never do. So my expectation of this product was to be able to sleep comfortably but prevent (and make me aware of) me sleeping on my back. It works! The first night, I thought it should fit snug and it was uncomfortable around my arms so I took it off. The next night, I made it loose. It slides comfortably on my back when I roll over…

If you have sleep apnea only when sleeping on your back this is for you! When using this pillow my deep sleep/light sleep ratio went from 40/60 to 60/40. However, it takes a week or so to have your body get use to this "obstruction" and to establishing a new habit of side and chest sleeping . Your first night might be a very uncomfortable experience.
