Unreliable sensor socket for industries

When I tried this product in industrial and scientific applications, it failed to deliver consistent readings. The socket's construction is subpar, leading to inconsistent measurements and unreliable results. The use of this product can lead to costly mistakes by delivering inaccurate readings that can compromise the entire operation.

Pros
  • None
Cons
  • Inconsistent readings, poor construction.

Just what I needed: Cylinder heads

Engine coolant temp sensor replacement. Couldn't find it locally and that was pretty much the only option here. Despite the shipping (from the UK) taking a while, it arrived on time and worked great. This is a 16 point head. Normally I would have preferred 6 points, but that worked out great.

Pros
  • Engine parts
Cons
  • More expensive

Didn't work for me

It didn't work for the purpose I was trying to use it for. I bought it as what I felt was an affordable alternative to the much more expensive 15mm deep well sensor socket required for the R&R ECTS (Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor) on my 2008 Chevrolet Trailblazer with the inline 6 engine. (I-6) engine. In short, this socket is too shallow in depth, does not have a sufficient open slot to accommodate the ECTS wiring with little to no crimping, and even then the socket only slides about…

Pros
  • Engines and engine parts
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something
