The colors are great, it's fun and I love how it improves both gross and fine motor skills. Our nephew is here three days a week and that keeps him busy late during the day. I bought this Leapfrog LeapStart kit to teach my 3 year old and so far so good! This thing is solidly built, I'm pretty sure you'll have to drop it off a three story building to destroy it. The quality is definitely there. I like that the handle stays attached and that it folds down to a decent size, making it decently portable. As someone who taught public school for many years straight out of college, I'm very pleased with how our little girl has taken to her new Touch and Talk . My wife is also very enthusiastic about it. Because it solves two problems that usually arise when teaching children interactively.
