This disc is not suitable for beginners. If you are a beginner and you don't like this disc, it's your fault for buying the disc. The disc does what it says on the tin and if you don't have the arm strength to throw it like that, it's not the disc's fault, it's your fault. Arrived on time and in new condition. I'm not sure if the Excel edition is plastic or not, but it's by far the toughest plastic I've ever made a disc out of. That's not necessarily a bad thing, but be careful if you're picky about your plastic. It flies well and is a great overhead hitting disc as it is extremely tough and durable.
