Too light writing on glass

I actually wanted to give this to a retired colleague, but was disappointed that the handwriting is so light that it is difficult to read. And also the fact that the picture on the box doesn't match the product inside.

Husband loved it in the kitchen and dining room

My husband is retiring and has two favorite things to do: drinking and gambling. I've been lucky. JK - he doesn't overdo it either. He loved glass. This is a good B for Visket or Scotch. However, I found it overpriced for what it is, so I gave it three stars.

Washed up for cocktail drinks

I gave it as a retirement gift. He was so excited that he immediately rinsed the glass to enjoy the drink. How embarrassed I was to see the design disappear after just washing my hands! Now I need to find something that's really corroded to replace. Great that it took 10 minutes.

Disappearing Retirement :(

My sister loved this glass/I bought it for her retirement in July 2020. The glass is durable and the wording/decoration is excellent. I would highly recommend it as a gift if It's Rarely Used Sad to see that after 8 months the supposedly permanent white ink lettering is completely gone :( not even a hint of what it used to be! If you want to use it as a planter the bamboo " Vase' perfect. It really is a nice gift but the ink didn't last.
