I make french macaroons all the time and my parents got me this set for Christmas hoping to make the process easier. This set is terrible! The piping bag is very difficult to squeeze because the transparent part is made of hard plastic and the back part is very easy to empty. My thumbs hurt after spending a good hour squeezing all the dough out of an impossible bag. Nowhere in the recipe book or instructions does it say to grease the cooktop, so I didn't think I needed it and I don't usually do
