I installed 16 of these 14 inch outdoor hardscape lights on a retaining wall made of blocks. Each light has two LED's and provides soft light that splashes down on the retaining wall. These lights are bright but not overly glaring. The glare shield directs the light downward, not into your eyes. I priced a landscaping company to Illuminate my front steps and couldn't believe how expensive it was for them to install step lights. I found these on Best Buy and decided to try it myself. Bought these 8 pack LeonNite hardscape light back in Aug 21, and did not come around to install it until now. Just finished wiring them. They look sturdy and isn't cheap, but 1 out of 8 did not work. I'm out of luck getting them replaced since they are out of the Best Buy returning window.

I have bought 24 of these lights and so far 4 have failed either shortly after turn on or right out of the box. I recommend testing them first before installation and then burning them in for a few nights before permanent and final installation. Note that these are low voltage / 12V (Yes, I am using the correct transformer). I wish the quality control was better because the lights are physically great, and have just the right amount of light, and they look good. I have quite a few of these…

I skipped using the screws and just pinched the lights between the block caps with adhesive. Nice color temperature. You need to grind a slot the block it sits on to get the lamp to sit flat in the area where the wire crawls back. Best tool for that is a 4 1/4" grinder with a concrete blade.

Easy to install, and just the right amount of light. The first picture is a more accurate picture of the light temperature.

I am really impressed with these lights. The packaging is excellent and the lights themselves feel very sturdy and well made. I decided on the 1.5w version mainly to have nice mellow lighting on the patio. The 2700k and brightness are exactly that. My wife and I couldn't be happier.

The lights are great, easy to install. I recommend buying low voltage fastlock connectors for ease of installation. Its a lot easier than cutting and splicing into the low voltage main wire run. Very pleased so far with the lights!

Easy to install. Comes with waterproof wire nuts. Nice subtle amount of brightness. Fyi, when cutting the bracket you'll need an angle grinder or band saw. The metal is actually pretty substantial and the score mark from factory is just for reference. No way you can just snap it off.

Installed quickly as blocks were assembled. The only concern is maintainability. Present construction and mounting albeit easy does not require a box. This prevents replacement of the LEDs or assembly with out actually doing some demo work. I will cross that bridge when I get there. For now I like them and they look great.

7” version. Really nice build quality. Almost identical to the other brands (I did compare Leonlite with Gardenscapes). Leonlite is less bright which is better for me since I just want ambient dramatic lighting in the ledgestone just installed.Connected to a photo sensor and simple 12 volt transformer so it turns on automatically.

I've been installing patios for a long time and love to add lighting. I bought these and was very impressed with these led's (daylight) . I highly recommend these.

I ended up not using these and returned because I didn't want to unglue the pavers to slip in the lights. They were unused and returned and amazon claimed they never go them so I paid for them and don't have them anymore. Not much you can do. Cool lights though.

One light doesn't work well. It keeps flickering on/off. When I flick it, it stays on for a while. I checked the connection and it looks fine. The other lights are working great. Since I already installed them under the cap of my deck, it would be a pain to take them out to return them. I am just hoping it doesn't go out permanently.

Really beautiful lights, really easy to install. Makes any yard look modern and adds a feel sophistication with its design. Recently installed mine and have been receiving some nice compliments from folks. Definitely recommend!

These light are great, its like a posh hotel. The higher off the ground they are it will broadcast more light. I used in an outdoor shower at 6 feet off the floor and it puts off plenty of light without being annoyingly bright.

Turned on and with a loud hiss white smoke came pouring out of the unit having left a burned spot on the brick and my transformer in an overload state. Several have failed in less than 6 months of use.

We didn't want the "White " look of LED lighting and then we discovered this light. Beautiful ambiance, not too bright, and perfect for our patio. Easy to wire into the provided wiring, we didn't have any problems with attaching to stone.
