One of my spokes came loose on my e-bike, brought this tool, put the spoke back on my bike. Saved a lot of money instead of going to the bike shop.

Item works as described. I used it to tighten the spokes on my Lectric e-bike. They need to be re-tightened more often than a regular bike because an e-bike is heavier. Simply tighten the needles until you overtighten them.

I didn't believe it until I tried it myself. That works great! I thought I would have to spend a lot of money on a new wheel for my son's bike so I gave it a try because it was very cheap. After 10 minutes of fiddling with the spokes, the tire spins smoothly.

Works well and just what you need. Low price but material seems good, not rounded or clipped. I tightened a few spokes and after loosening it came out fine. It's important to note that the tool has handled this abuse well and is as good as new. I expect better stuff out there, but it's a very good tool.

The marking on the wrench doesn't say anything, I can't tell if there are any "11" or other numbers, but all sizes are different. Some of the cuts are very coarse or square and probably wouldn't fit if needed. I managed to find one that suited my needs but I had to be very careful not to strip the flats. In the end I was worth the risk as technically it worked.

The workmanship is not exact, but it is reasonable for the price. It gets the job done, but not with accuracy. It fits the ears either too tight or a little loose. Not a tight fit that is easy to put on and take off. The size numbers stamped on the back of this tool are incorrect and do not match the actual tip slot size. Three stars is correct, definitely not 4 or 5.
