Obtain. This. Microphone.

I would put the Lewitt LCT 440 Pure against ANY $1000 mic on the market today. Outstanding frequency response. Sounds AMAZING for a voiceover. No inherent noise. Stylish and durable. Including high-quality shock absorber, magnetic pop screen and windscreen. I really like this mic and am very glad it has become part of my arsenal.

Very affordable and great results

First I bought the LCT-240 it was good but then I thought that with 440 I would get a lot more than I expected. I sent the 240 back and ordered two 440s. I mainly record nylon string guitar and it's very difficult to get the sound I was looking for, my budget is tight and I can't afford thousands of dollars for microphones. I think they filled a gap and I'm very happy with the result. I find the Lewitt gives you better value for your money than all the other cheap mics I've bought and then sold

Awesome microphone for voice work!

This is one of the best mics I've used and pairs easily with more expensive industry standards. Although I mainly use it for voiceovers, it also does a great job on vocals and instruments and can be used in almost any studio. It has a rich bass response and manages to boost the high frequencies without harshness in the tone. It quickly became my favorite mic and I haven't had any issues with it so far. It has incredibly low self-noise (7dB) and is incredibly sensitive. It increases my hard…

Good price for a condenser microphone! Sounds like a Sennheiser 416

I was looking for a cheap condenser microphone for our studio. We deal with the dubbing of commercials and radio programs. I don't like the idea of paying over $1,000 for any popular mic, so I was very happy to find the Lewitt 440 Pure. Several YouTube reviewers that I trust have given this mic high ratings. I also noticed the venerable Sennheiser 416, a highly acclaimed voice-over microphone. I also see this mic being used by big podcasters like Candace Owens and Glenn Beck. Try it. I LOVE…

LCT 440 Clean, just great!

The LCT 440 Pure is great! This is my first microphone to sing with. I can say that the build quality of this thing is very professional. It's unimpressive and won't stand out like a sore thumb, but I can say it will fit in whatever environment you place it in. The sound quality is amazing, although there is a slight EQ rolloff towards the lower end of the frequency response, allowing tones up to 20 hertz to be picked up. Love this mic, I've been tossing and turning between the Rode NT1A and…

This is a professional microphone that will make your voice SHINE

This microphone is a bonus for those who are told they have either a 'unique' or a naturally 'pleasant' voice. It takes what makes those voices what they are, naturally pleasing or unique, and picks them up at 4-5x the price of mic accuracy. This is just a phenomenal microphone. If you are confident in your voice, or if you have a voice that is your "product", this versatile microphone should be your long-term companion. I'd say it beats anything up to $800, and then I'd look at Lewitt's 540…

  • Rugged construction

  • Almost everything is included

Get ready for podcasts.

I can't rate you as well as the other excellent reviewers already provided. Read this. You will find that they are amazingly consistent. That says a lot about the quality of the microphone. Before I retired, I bought a microphone to give training at my company. It was an XLR podcasting mic from MXL mics. It was good, but there wasn't much to tell. I recently decided to start a podcast. No matter what I did, my blender's output was loud and a bit harsh. I have a rather soft, calm voice. Poor…
